The Big Bang Events started with a frustration that every event planner knows: planning an event means juggling dozens of vendors, spreadsheets, timelines, and budgets — often with no real tools to help. I saw an opportunity to change that with AI.
As a solo founder based in Vaughan, Ontario, I built this platform from the ground up — 21 AI-powered features, a GTA vendor marketplace, and tools for team collaboration, seating optimization, and budget tracking. The platform is currently in free beta as I work with early users and vendors to make it the best event planning tool in the Greater Toronto Area.
